So how does a brand like Tommy Hilfiger make its 'best' customers feel special? Well they seem to have come up with an interesting idea.
The top 20 customers (in India or Bangalore - not sure) have received a personalised label 'XXX by Tommy Hilfiger'. In appreciation of their support, the customers can get these personalised labels hand stitched on their TH garments. So it seems like a special line in your name!
It definitely made me want to go to the store and see how this works. Not sure whether the label is something I would 'show off' to friends and family, but it does make me feel special. Nice, simple idea. Well done TH!
